We asked for 2 queens with a pullout. We were given a king with a pullout. There was no pillow set for the pullout. When I asked the desk for pillows for the pullout, the staff person (albeit politely) said none were available. Again, we asked for two queens and did not get that. What’s more, there’s extremely loud music coming from one of the rooms and the staff seems uninterested in making it stop (making it very hard for all 4 of us — including my 20-mo and 5 year old). Very disappointed with the service and attention to needs. Property is fine.

The room looked clean , but as you looked closer you could see that it was not very clean. The toilet had stains all over, some of the furniture was stained with spilled liquids. The gentleman at the front desk working the night shift around 2:30am was very rude, and was swearing loud enough for my children and myself to hear him. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel so it was tolerable. I would not stay here again. I do not recommend.
