The beds in room 132 were hard and wore unevenly (dented in at shoulder out at hips and dented in at knees) the AC didn’t work just made a loud noise. The room was hot. With the heat in the room and the miserable beds the sleep was horrible. I paid 130.00 I think if i had paid the extra 15 for another room I believe the room would have been on par for this location (what I was accustomed too)The hotel should state if you choose the cheaper room you get crappy accommodations. I have never experienced this at this location as I have stayed there many times over more than 8 years. I won’t stay again. The staff was so excellent!

There were no extra blankets or pillows and we needed some. No grab bars in the shower and the tub was very high. No hooks or racks to hang your towels or washcloths. The only tv guide was via QR code -- extremely inconvenient. No nightlight in the bathroom which made it difficult to find in the dark.
