The 24-hour coffee was excellent - best ever in a motel. The breakfast had several options - all of which looked good. The room was comfortable. BUT the TV had "weak or scrambled signal" for the FNC, and that was annoying since ALL the left-leaning channels came in just fine. That would make us not want to stay at another Holiday Inn Express.

The property is well arranged and organized. The lobby and breakfast area are modern and spacious, with plenty of available seating. My initial impression was very positive. From the outside and into the lobby the appearance fresh, bright and cheery. The rooms are spacious enough, and they were nice enough to label the firmness of each pillow. My gripe is the overall cleanliness in the rooms. The bedspreads/comforters are white, which shows dirt/dinginess immediately. In our case, there were several very visible dirt spots. I understand that these are not a normally washed item, but visible dirt is unacceptable. Additionally white grout was used throughout the tiles areas, now this is a beautiful choice, but it also shows that the floors are not cleaned often, as much of the grout is brown. We also noticed our socks quickly turned brown when walking on the floor in our room. The tables, counters and flat surfaces had been dusted, but not wiped clean, as many sticky glass rings remained in our room. I would like to rate this hotel higher, the cleanliness is just below standards.

Great place to stay

I was extremely impressed with the his hotel. The checkin and checkout were easy. It had a great breakfast bar with several hot choices. It was easy to find and convenient to everything in this area. I felt that it was a good value!

Decent hotel- but noisy

The room itself was fine, however the location was right across from the ice machine (no door) and starting about 4:30-5:00am it was constant banging and rattling of ice. This coupled with the breakfast set up and people taking made it extremely noisy.
