Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are a bit dingy, stains on carpets and buckling carpet in third floor hallway. Also my hand towel had hair on it, not sure if it was fresh or had just been hanging since last guest.

I have stayed here several times over the years and have always been impressed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Only complaint this visit was that there was no hot water, so the shower experience was pretty awful.

The hotel was very dated. Carpets in the halls were loose and pulled away from floor. And there was no hot water for shower. Told the front desk at departure about hot water and they said nothing and seemed unconcerned
