The living room also opens out to the front veranda, which offers a dining table and barbeque (gas). Just below the veranda, there is the pool area which has a private swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and lounge poufs. Furthermore, Kokomo Villas has solar panels installed to provide some of the energy needed in the property through them.
