Fiz a reserva e o pagamento do hotel pelo site do expedia, porém, ao chegar ao hotel às quase 1h da manhã, o recepcionista me informou tranquilamente que não havia nenhuma reserva no meu nome. Mostrei os comprovantes de reserva e de pagamento, e mesmo assim ele afirmou que não teria como me hospedar ali. Ainda quis atender outras pessoas na minha frente e pediu pra que eu esperasse. Após muita insistência minha, dizendo que eu estava muito cansada e ainda iria trabalhar no outro dia de manhã, o recepcionista resolveu me alocar em um quarto péssimo. O quarto ficava no térreo e nos fundos, com janela pra uma parede. O café da manhã também era muito fraco. Pouquíssimas opções e não tinha mais ovo. Pedi para uma funcionária e ela me informou que não iria fazer mais... Definitivamente, não recomendo!!

A localização é boa, mas muito perto do comércio informal da cidade. A noite não é recomendado andar a pé próximo do hotel. Não tem restaurantes perto para comer. O café da manhã muito pobre. As mesmas coisas todos os dias ,sem variedades. Vejo um hotel mais para pessoas que estão a trabalho, não para o turismo. O hotel precisa de uma revitalização Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos.

Bom custo beneficio.

Pelo preço achei muito justo, quarto confortável e limpo e com café da manhã. Não gostei do leite do café da manhã ser em pó. O hotel tinha uma academia beeem básica, agora não tem mais. Não tem estacionamento, então tem que parar na rua ou pagar estacionamento. só é possivel para na frente do hotel após as 17, devido ao movimento no centro, antes disso, só pagando. À noite não é seguro caminhar pelo centro, mas é tranquilo chegar ao hotel, pois sempre há vagas pra estacionar em frente ao hotel.
