Mountain View Beach House is a newly furnished and renovated home in Manchester Ca. (Irish Beach) on the Mendocino coast with private, tranquil & relaxing coastal mountain views and private access to Irish Beach and nearby Pomo lake.

The house is perfectly angled to watch the amazing views of clouds rolling into and over the coastal mountains and is just a short walk across the street to the lake. Deer, Foxes, and Quail visit the yard daily, but our favorite part of the house is the giant majestic cypress tree on the East side of the home.
It is conveniently located between Mendocino and Gualala with just a 40-minute drive to each. Hike through redwood forests just 30 minutes away.

The house has a hot tub perfectly situated inside the fenced in backyard, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful mountain view while at the same time keeping your privacy. Using the hot tub at night? No problem, just turn on the string lights and enjoy the ambience.

Coffee Lover? We got you covered with a fully stocked Coffee Bar with K Cups, whole beans, tea, cream, sugar, espresso machine, grinder, and French press. We also include to go cups to take your coffee with you as you head off to explore the coast, nearby wineries, or just heading out to breakfast.

Working while on vacation? No problem, plug your laptop into the dual monitor and keyboard set up. (Be sure to bring your own mouse).

Have an electric vehicle? You came to the right place. Drive into the two-car garage and plug it in to the level 2 fast charger for free!

Wooden crib, pack and play crib, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, and outlet covers are always present in the home to make your travel more convenient.

The house also has radiant floor heating, which is quiet, allergy friendly, and creates a more gradual, consistent, and comfortable temperature.

Included is a fully stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer, bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, propane BBQ grill, and board games.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 32" SmartTV, brand new beds and linens, USB ports in each nightstand, and portable fans, heaters, and extra blankets so you have everything you need to feel just right.
