AVOID this accommodation is anything but pleasant. We were double booked and unable to stay at the property due to an error on the property’s side. However, we were able to enter the property which shows how unsafe it is as we were not suppose to be staying there. The inside looked like a building site with plastic sheets, curtains and random pieces of cut up carpet everywhere - the only thing I was grateful about being double booked was that it meant this is where we were not staying ! When we were offered an alternative stay it wasn’t even in the same city- leaving a group of young girls stranded in Manchester on a Saturday night. We are still yet to receive a refund of this or any kind of written confirmation of the refund despite the fact we have been told over the phone multiple times this would be received by the end of the day. However, the deadline keeps being extended and still missed and now there is no answer on the phone calls at all. If you have any care for your own safety I would not recommend this property at all.

I selected this hotel as it was under £100 at short notice. The condition of the hotel wasn't great. It was clearly still being renovated and the upstairs was blocked off with a sheet. There was also no parking, despite the property page stating otherwise. I had to park on the street in front of the hotel. There was also nowhere to check-in. There was paper stuck on the front door with instructions to call a number to check-in. The person I contacted was quick to respond and was helpful and informative, to his credit. The room itself was small, and the bathroom was shared by multiple rooms, like a bathroom in a house. One of the plug sockets I tried to use to charge my phone didn't work. For the purposes of my stay, I just needed somewhere to leave my things and sleep for one night. If I was staying for more than one day, I wouldn't choose to return here. This hotel has taught me to read reviews more thoroughly when booking in the future.

They tried to give me a room with 2 single beds wheb i ordered a double bed, they double booked the room so they tried to give me a room without a tv or anything, basically just the bed in a room

We secured hotel accommodations via Expedia for a concert. The selected hotel, however, did not meet expectations. The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment.

The room stunk of weed there was a sock covering the smoke alarm and I had to use air freshener most of the night but the stunk never went away. Apart from peeling wallpaper broken lights covered with carrier bags the beds were at least comfy. Shower was hot

The surrounding around the room is appalling. Looks like a dead end with plenty dead leaves and a heap sand. If you check in at night you’d be worried sick. No TV or any form of entertainment just crawling insects from the nearby bush

Give a wide berth

I did not stay I went home. On arrival property had scaffolding around it, there was a hand written note with mobile number for check-in, alarm bells rang. The person who answered the door was bare foot in sliders. I was shown 2 rooms in what seemed a desserted property. The person had the door codes on his phone. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I am a 70 year old female. I got in my car and fled.

Zero stars across the board, only the sheets were clean in our room, everything else was covered in a layer of dust and old stains. Light fixture was covered in cobwebs. The bathroom also had not been cleaned as hair and general dust was gathered all over. I had to request more toilet paper, and instead of replacing it themself, staff indicated where to find it in a living room that is a private lodging for said staff? So I had to do that at 3am, plus I requested a hairdryer and after being told via text that this had been sorted, I asked repeatedly for it to the staff member directly to finally have him saying the hairdryer was in another room, so he couldn't help me with that. The door pad to our room had low batteries and I was stuck outside of my room at 3am for about 10 minutes with several attempts to enter. After contacting the member of staff about it, he came and claimed the charge will last for another 2-3 weeks. Surely having to try 6+ times to enter because of low batteries is not considered fully charged. I requested a refund and they refused, citing company policy and not even acknowledging the uncleanliness. Do not book and waste your money.
