Great apartment, perfect spot in Northern Quarter! Clean, comfortable great space. Friendly and helpful staff. Will book again!
Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab.

The stay was nice, unfortunately on the first morning both showers in the property were not working. I called the reception and they were able to move us to anothwr room. This process was completed fairly quickly but was a disruption to our morning. We were also informed the shower issue was a known issue which was a bit disappointing. Overall though the stay was nice. The rooms were clean and well equiped and the location was excellent.
Stairwell smells, cooker cracked, blinds don’t block any light, TV broken, mattress on a slope.
Bed and towels were clean at least, but rest was awful.
Met expectations for inner city apartment and location had a good vibe with bars etc... kitchen was clean with all appliances expected. rooms were smallish so for 4 people kept luggage in lounge area...

This property is OK, there’s little wrong with it but it just seems a bit beaten up and worn. I wouldn’t ever class it as great, it was ok.
To make it better they could do with just going round touching things up, fixing broken things and moving the furniture around to clean underneath.

Great affordable stay with everything we needed, staff friendly and helpful, bed large and comfortable, clean kitchen with everything needed, balcony appreciated, close parking facilities but the area wasn’t great felt a bit unsafe and unclean
Super clean with all the amenities needed for a stay. Convenient to many restaurants and bars, easily walkable to supermarkets. Close to a tram stop that goes directly to Piccadilly Station.
Room is great. If you’re visiting in spring / summer and the weather is nice, it will be very noisy on the street below as the apartment is situated on a pedestrianised street full of tables for the customers of the various bars. Tends to get cleared away 1030 / 1100pm so not a disaster but worth noting
Quick & easy check in. Think all the extras & cleaning should be included in the booking cost. Check out too early. Had to pay £20 extra for later check out.
