The recptionest was very angry and bad mood like drunk there is no way to talk even I am customer. He dont know about customer care and service he order like drunk man. Very bad experience no recomandation. Smell in room blank smell y no warm water baths are bad condition no way. Por......

The single room I stayed in was very basic in facilities, design and size, which is fine as you get what you pay for right?! With that being said, I didn't appreciate jumping into bed to find inside the sheets ( and mattress) completely wet and stained with what appeared to be urine. Unfortunately, by the time I realised the staff had left the site for the night. So I was forced to sleep ontop of the duvet with an additional blanket shielding me from the bottom duvet. This meant that I had to sleep in my clothes (jeans and shirt) and felt very uncomfortable the whole night!

Pros - Efficient booking system. Cons - Accommodation did not have a sign outside, difficult to find the correct building unless you walk up to the front doors to check numbers. Room strongly smelt of smoke, struggled to sleep. No TV which wasn't really a problem but also no mirror in the room. Shared bathroom was too corridors away. Noisy. 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. Can hear people down the corridors and in rooms next door. Bed was lumpy. Kettle also smelt of urine and the inside looked like someone used to save a trip to the bathroom. Had a seedy atmosphere, self booking system is an ideal hotel to hold x-rated activities. Needed room to get head down for a few hours so wasn't expecting much for £27 single, with shared bathroom but overall experience made that difficult. I would not recommend.
