Easy to get to from train station, exit coach park, keep to left of parked coaches and cross road. Also to get to terminals. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Particular thanks go to Hybiba in helping me to retrieve flight docs from online. Also Surya. A refreshing accommodation option at Manchester airport which outshines some of the alternatives. I will happily recommend to family and friends and return.

Good airport hotel

Great place to stay for an airport drop off. Able to park at the hotel, for a charge, overnight and walk to the terminal. Would use again.

A perfect stay if not for one mishap

It would have been a perfect experience if I wasn’t given a room with someone already in it!! I have to profusely apologise to the guest inside. Never did this happen in my life! The staff at the bar and restaurant made up for the experience- all friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby on the bed- one of the best ones I’ve tried so far! Would be nicer if they have robes and room slippers.

Bit confusing on arrival for where my husband could drop me off. Not signposted well. Great reception welcome. Room ok, great view of planes coming in. I couldn’t get the heating to work so I was cold all night - but the bed was comfy and room was nice enough although quite small. Bar area amazing. Didn’t eat there. Checked out very early for my flight. Would I stay again? Yes. Very easy to get to the train station, to walk to the terminals.

Great and good value for the airport

A quick overnight airport stay before an early morning flight. The bar area was buzzing and restaurant options looked good. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, quite funky. Room service would’ve been good if you just wanted to relax before your flight.

WALK IN LIKE A TRIBE !!!

The Hotel hd a warm wellcome from staff easy check in. Clean hotel, all staff in all areas where pleasant & helpful. 1 particular staff member named Habiba was absolutely joyful & very kind & helped us. Train station jst 2 min walk which leads u towards the terminals, very handy & easy getaway for our morning flight. Definately would reccomend & book again.

Thankfully the soundproofing lives up to expectations unlike other hotels in the area. A big plus at an airport ! There were no dining options in the evening (7.30) due to and influx of people from cancelled flights and they took priority so no one else could eat . The rooms were modern and clean and comfy beds . Car parking was plentiful at £25 a night .

The hotel was perfect, rooms nice and new, very modern and quiet. Only problem was that the room cleaners had not filled up the shower gel dispensers in the shower and had not re filled the hand wash and hand cream dispensers by the sink either so both were completely empty and not good once you get into the shower and find there’s nothing to wash yourself with, and all your personal toiletries are at the bottom of your suitcase. It would be good to make sure that ALL shower and body wash and creams are filled up as this is my 3rd stay and same issue in each room I’ve been in no shower gel or body or hand cream available in the dispensers. Otherwise the hotel is a very beautiful and lovely stylish hotel with fantastic beds.

Had an amzing stay, this hotel is one of the best ive slept in for confort. The bed is comfy. The rooms are asphetically pleasing and give of a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was fairly priced when we booked it. The food at there restaurant was lovely and the alchol was nice as well The food and drinks were abit pricy but i suppose you pay what you get. The hotel was very clean and hygenic Overall an excellent experince, you wont get a better hotel for confort, highly recommend
