When I drove up to the hotel, I saw and heard men cutting crass and trimming bushes right next to the sleeping rooms. When I check in , I ask the clerk not to put me in a room next to the workers. She put in a right next to them trimming. They were so noisy. I wanted to take a nap, but could not due to the noise. I had to teach a class online that night...the Internet kept kicking me off and out of the class for about 1/2 hour...this was very disruptive and my students were annoyed... I was frustrated as I specifically stayed in a hotel so I could teach online and not drive back to my house as I did not think I could get there in time...so I was very frustrated with my stay...However, the clerk Karen, was so nice and so friendly..she gave me suggestions for a great restaurant for dinner... A very nice lady!

Excellent stay. The front desk was great at getting me in a couple of hours early and was very friendly. Once in the rooms, we noticed how clean and orderly they were. The cleaning staff was excellent at respecting personal items while thoroughly cleaning the room.

Nice lady at desk. Place is impeccable and I am a frequent traveler. 24 hour real coffee which is way above the average. Really nice stay for a business guy looking for a clean, warm, comfortable overnight. Only downside is the television which appears to have multiple channels but good luck finding ANYTHING to watch. Remote barely functional. Back to U Tube but I would still return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodations were comfortable. Only "complaint" was the stream from the shower head was a little funky -- either very gentle or pummeling. Minor issue. Everything else was good.

Staff is excellent, very professional. The hotel itself needs a bit of an update for sure - our room stunk of old, stale cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. But the bed was very comfortable, linens were all clean, bathroom was spotless.
