Casa Uccio is a holiday home for 6 guests in San Pietro in Bevagna, near the beach and the city centr, on the Ionian coast.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as internet, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, tv, microwave oven, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, barbecue, wood-burning oven, outdoor shower, outdoor equipped area. Pets are allowed.

Uccio is in a quiet area and it`s entirely fenced. It has several
outdoor equipped areas where you can have lunch or dinner, such as the front porch, the gazebo on the side, the barbecue area at the back with wood-burning oven, the laundry area and outdoor shower.
Casa Uccio consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Moreover, there is 1 full bathroom.

tradition, is a beautiful destination for a lovely day.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
