Villetta Nina is a holiday home for 8 guests in San
Pietro in Bevagna, 600 meters away from the beaches on the Ionian coast.

Villetta Nina is a basic but cozy solution, ideal for holidays near the crystal clear Apulian sea.
The
sleeping area of the small villa consists of 1 double bedroom and 1
four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed. Moreover, in the living room
there is 1 double sofa bed.
The kitchen is well equipped, it
overlooks the living room and it has access to the garden at the back.
There is an outdoor area furnished with beach beds, table and chairs and
outdoor shower. The fruit trees around the holiday home makes the stay
even more pleasant.

Villetta
Nina is 600 meters away from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, in
the area Specchiarica, near the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci and
the cool waters of the mouth of Chidro river. In San Pietro there are
the main tourist services.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor.
