The main bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds. Both rooms include ample closet space and air conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living and dining room, and a bathroom.



Located in Manerba del Garda, a large village on Lake Garda’s western shore, the apartment is perfect for exploring the area. The mainly residential village has three central areas and many beautiful beaches, such as Porto Torchio and Porto Dusano, nearby. You’ll find numerous restaurants and hiking options like Rocca di Manerba.



Smoking is only allowed outside. Please separate your trash for recycling and respect quiet hours from 22:30 to 9:00. Parties are not permitted. Late check-in must be requested in advance; additional charges may apply. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living room. Free street parking is available just before and after the house. Guests have access to a shared garden, as the house contains three separate units. Note: there is no elevator; access is by stairs only. Wi-Fi is provided.
