The apartment, located on the first floor accessible on foot, opens onto a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, a television, a dining table and a well-stocked open-plan kitchen. From here, guests will be able to access the magnificent terrace furnished with a set of outdoor sofas and a dining table, perfect for enjoying excellent dishes in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed each, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.



The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, from 10 am to 7 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.



The garage, equipped with a key lock, measures 5 x 2.50m height 2.10m.

The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and inland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Natural Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 46 km from Verona airport. The lake is freely accessible within less than 10 minutes on foot.
