Looks nothing like the pictures. Definitely could use some updates and deep cleaning…. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Airport pickup was expensive and ended up waiting around and coordinating with the person even though I went to the designated spot they gave. Not a horrible stay but for what they advertise it doesn’t match up.

We arrived back at this property after a night away in Halong Bay and the staff treated us like long lost friends. The staff here are amazing and I must make special mention of Jimmi and Mia on reception who took great care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. On our last morning we had a very early flight and were going to miss breakfast so they packed us up something to eat on the way to the airport. Now that’s service! The hotel clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The location is fantastic with an easy walk to the lake, train street, prison museum etc. Highly recommend this property!
