This hotel claimed to have ocean views. It sits in a cove that is super shallow and so there was not really any “ocean” to see. Just mucky, still water. The room had a few cockroaches and other crawling bugs. The king size bed was great for size but the mattress was not as comfortable as other places. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful but the service staff wouldn’t fix our hot water problem. It would only get lukewarm. Lights, a/c and tv were all hard to figure out and there was no explanation of any of them in the room. The pool looked very nice but it was unavailable because of maintenance. The breakfast was Chinese food and always cold. Overall it was ok to stay here to sleep a couple nights but definitely not somewhere I would stay for a longer time. Wi-fi was slow but it did work.

BUGS. I understand its the Philippines... but I killed about 5 cockroaches in the few days I stayed here. There is also these little flies everywhere in the kitchen/bathroom that aren't even worth killing. There is no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, so you'll pretty much be eatting out everyday. Some of the appliances were broken, such as the toilet seat and wardrobe door. These are simple things that should be checked by hotel housekeeping and maintained by hotel maintence before renting the room out. As far as location... I wouldnt call it a slum... but its not the best. There is very little to do in the immediate area. As far as the hotel breakfast...its ok but you have to get there early as everything seems picked over and not replaced for those that come later.

They gave us a room that we didn’t book. We reserved a seaside view with 2 double beds. However, we got 1 queen size bed with no view. We saw a lot of baby cockroaches as well. Then, there is no many menu options for breakfast. Overall, the stay wasn’t a good experience for me

Good value for money, large units with comfortable bed. In locked community. Close to airport and airport transfers are great. No utensils, microwave or fridge in room but you can request. We stayed for 1 night before flying to Palawan and 1 night on our return.

I am torn a bit regarding the review. This was my first trip to Asia. My room was fine, the price was fine. I had two bedrooms because of kids, and two bathrooms. Basic things I expected from a hotel were not present. The room had no iron, no toilet paper the first night, there is no water to drink, so you have to leave the property and go buy your own, which sucks when you show up at 2 am and are thirsty. The suite had a sink, kitchen cupboards, and that's it. No microwave, nothing to cook with. I went out and bought my own cooking stuff and left it later for someone else when I flew out. Hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful. Restaurant lady, looking at you, very friendly, helpful and sweet. Pool was fine, but would be nice if there was a slide for young kids, nothing crazy. I paid for breakfast for all my days and on the last day they cancelled breakfast because they were preparing for an event. They offered McDonald's, but we didn't have time to wait for it, or I would have risked missing my flight, some heads up next time would have been nice. Some things would be nice, like a way to do laundry on site, and if not, then a drying wrack on the balcony would be good. Microwave and a cook top would be good.

Really strange place. It is in the middle of a chinese development lot, surrounded by lots of seemingly vacant buildings. It is also not a true hotel as it is also a residential building and you can hear lots of weird banging and other loud neighbors out in the hallway. Last of all, this place has roaches. Like we didn't just see one, we saw at least 7+

This hotel stay was truly disappointing, primarily due to its inconvenient and desolate location; although it appears near the main city on a map, it is situated so deep in a back area that getting in and out is a major issue, making it unadvisable for travelers unless they drive. The experience began poorly as the check-in process was troublesome—the staff could not find our booking, and the front desk displayed a complete lack of professionalism, offering service worse than a budget hotel. For a hotel that is allegedly only one year old, the lousy upkeep makes it look and feel like it has been neglected for a decade. The rooms themselves were the most shocking part, as they were dirty and contaminated with extensive white mold found on the walls, furniture, and even on the bed. Even after changing rooms, the conditions remained just as bad. Furthermore, the large space shown in the photographs felt empty and lacked basic amenities: there was no TV, no refrigerator, the AC remote was broken, and only a kettle with water bottles (no coffee or tea) was provided. The hotel's surroundings match its interior, with all the downstairs shops abandoned and deserted, creating an atmosphere so inconvenient and unsettling it resembles a set for a horror or apocalyptic movie. Overall, I will not return to this property.
