From the moment I arrived - front desk only gave me one key card, no towels in my room (only found out after my shower), housekeeping was noisy along the hallway, walls are paper thin I felt like I was in the same room as the guests next door, my last night was Saturday and guests must have just come from a wedding were noisy through 4am!!! Worse hotel stay ever

The checkin experience was terrible. Arriving at 2pm (1 hour before checkin time) I was told my room was not ready, ok fair enough, told my room would be prioritized and prepared and that they would text me when the room was ready. 3 pm I received a text to say the same thing my room was prioritized and they would contact me when the room was ready. My room was eventually ready at 3pm. My room was a junior suite queen bed. The bed are not queen size beds a double bed at best. Day 2 the lifts were misbehaving and it took me 1/2 an hour to get to the lobby from the 8th floor going all the way up to the 32nd floor stopping at every floor and doing the same coming down at each stop greater by 10’s of people waiting to enter the lift and every time the doors opened on each level would do so as someone waiting in that floor would continue to press the button to get an elevator. NO EXPLANATION, EXCUSE OR APOLOGY WAS GIVEN. The staff at the Hotel were in general polite friendly and courteous. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. We came back to the hotel at 10.15 on the 2nd night and fancied a drink at the bar but the bar closes at 10 pm. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that in a 4 star hotel anywhere.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I caught the cleaning staff in my room, taking photos of my items and when I confronted them about it, they tried to run away and started crying. I demanded they show me the phone and I took photos of all of my items that they had taken pictures of, and there were other people‘s rooms and items on their personal phone as well. I left a credit card in my room in case anything happened as a backup and it got stolen off the desk in my room and they took it to the mall of Asia and put $1000 spending spree on my credit card. The staff is unscrupulous and they know that the cleaning staff is stealing from the guests. I was at this hotel for an international pageant, and several other contestants had their earrings and AirPods and other small items stolen from their room from housekeeping as well. Do not stay here avoid at all cost. I have attached the photos they had on their phone that I took with my Phone when I demanded they show me what they were doing. I realize now that they started crying because they had stolen my credit card right before I walked in and thought they were caught. I did not realize it was gone until the charges started appearing and my bank called me about the fraudulent purchases. What a nightmare.
