Great value for the money. Room was clean comfortable. Staff was excellent very attentive. They have a good buffet but it was always busy with a line through the lobby. You cann get breakfast at the pool.

The Okada complex was nearby which was a visual banquet. Checkin was awful. They could see me waiting there in the checkin queue while the checkout queue was empty. Breakfast was rammed - they put out some chairs for you to wait for a table to become free. Items were running out on the buffet. I went to get a coffee and when I came back they were giving my table to someone else. This is a nice hotel but there are noise issues, particularly when staff are servicing the rooms. A lot of these issues are down to management. Checkout went a lot better.

I like the shuttle service from and to the airport terminals. Bellmen are respectful. However the room I was assigned to smelled awful. The carpet was stained and dirty. The a/c was too cold, I know how to adjust but it didn’t. I ordered food and the people were nice , friendly and respectful

Great hotel. We only spend one night. Buffet breakfast was great! However, miss communication with shuttle was terrible we had to pay $40 us to get from the airport to the hotel. Oh and shower curtains in general are gross, this is a great hotel should have glass panels instead.
