Really great property in an accessible location within easy walking distance of many areas. The property as really well maintained and comfortable with support from great staff. The room was nice enough but a bit shabby and not overly clean. The communication from the management team was excellent and Mel was very accommodating. We didn’t really research the area and wish we had as it wasn’t the best, when you can rent rooms by the hour around the corner that gives you a pretty good indication! Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay again.

This was a convenient place to stay. It was quite basic but that was reflected in the price. The rooms were spacious but also quite tired and in need of some renovation. Melanie, the manager was helpful although it would've been useful to have had some instructions on some of the equipment in the kitchen area of the appartment. All in all, it was quite adequate

The building has great staff and amenities but the exceptional professionalism, communication skills and friendliness of the unit manager Mel made our stay a fantastic experience. I have stayed in condos that were equally as good if not better but the stay was not as great as this one so many thanks to Mel.
