There was very little to no communication via email and very difficult to get a hold of someone to get info for checking in. No details was given about pool area or how to get there (3rd floor). Cleaned came at 11 and we notified him it was 12pm check out and still continued to knock every 15-20min rushing us out. The unit itself was a 10*. Great location and view. Would stay there again
