Welcome to your temporary home! To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please review the following guidelines and information about our studio unit.

1. Guests, Visitors & Pets
✳️To ensure a peaceful and private stay, our studio unit strictly adheres to a Maximum of 2 guests. This policy guarantees everyone's comfort and enjoyment of the unit.
❌️NO visitors are allowed at any time.
❌️NO pets allowed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. The Kitchen
✳️ The unit is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and basic utensils for your convenience. We encourage light cooking only as the smoke detector is sensitive and can easily detect smoke.
✳️To avoid clogging, please DO NOT throw rice or used oil in the kitchen sink or toilet bowl.
✳️ Feel free to use all appliances and utensils. However, if any items are broken, we will charge a fee. Please be honest and inform us right away.
✳️Complimentary Items: We provide 2 complimentary bottled waters in the fridge.
✳️Additional Items: Other food and drinks can also be found inside the fridge for consumption with a minimal fee. Please inform us of your consumption, which you can pay via Gcash.

3. The Living Room
✳️ Enjoy a top-notch entertainment experience with a **55.5-inch Smart TV** offering Netflix, Prime, HBO, Disney+, and Apple TV subscriptions.
✳️Please use the "21J Tower 3 Profile"and DO NOT log out any of the accounts.Please do not download any other paid apps, as this will be chargeable to you.
✳️It is best to use the Apple TV remote instead of the Smart TV remote for optimal control.
✳️Stay connected with FREE Globe Fiber Wifi.
✳️You can also work comfortably at our designated work table with a comfortable chair, or sink into our incredibly comfortable bean bag, designed for ultimate relaxation, perfect for lounging, reading, or simply unwinding after a long day.

4. The Bedroom
✳️The unit features a comfortable double-size bed with a pull-out bed option. (Ncool 2° beddings, comforter, and pillows from Nitori to ensure a refreshingly comfortable sleep.)
✳️ By default, beddings are provided for the double-size bed, but not for the pull-out bed.
✳️ If you wish to use the pull-out bed, kindly inform us before your check-in so we can prepare it for you. There is a one-time charge of Php200.00 for this service.

5. The Bathroom
✳️ We provide complimentary shampoo, bath soap, toothbrush, facial wash, and towels for 2 guests.
✳️ For guests staying more than 2 nights, we replace your bath towels every two days.

6. Parking
✳️Condominium Ground Floor Pay Parking:** P50/hour.
✳️Cheaper Option:** Pay parking is located beside the condo's entrance gate (P50 for 2 hours, succeeding hour is P20).
✳️ You may also reach out to us, and we will try our best to look for a better parking option.

7. The Pool
✅️ Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the pool so we can arrange it for you and avoid inconvenience at the clubhouse. Pool use is P200/adult. Kids below 8 years old are FREE.
