Property was clean and comfortable, the owner was extremely helpful over WhatsApp in helping out with the E-Travel documents, although an economy room came with a kitchen and a washing machine, so no complains there and the room also sound proof....so no exterior noise from the neighbors.

The apartment was nice. Better than I expected. I like how close the property was to the tourist attractions, but there’s a few cons for the property. The whole building is infested with roaches from the hallways to the Alfa store. From time to time these critters get inside the apartment. You have to take out the garbage daily to avoid them from coming in. Leave no food out. Taxi drivers beginning fees is 200 pesos instead of 40 pesos. The door man won’t let you in or out of the the residence if you don’t have the key card. So you have to make sure you have it at all times. When I tried registering the first night, the clerk was just using paper forms and not a computer to sign me in that took quite a long time after landing from a long flight. So it’s quite annoying to get held there at the desk for an hour for the clerk to find your registration. For the pros, the heated shower was nice. The view from the 12 floor was amazing. The air conditioning worked well.
