The one bedroom is ideal for a single person, as the duvet will not fit an average size human. Although restaurants are a very short walk from the condo. It would be nice to have a coffee shop in house.

The unit is immaculate and check-in was a breeze. George, the property manager, was quick to respond and was easily reachable. The place is well supplied with things you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Uptown Mall is just a 5-minute walk and Landers supermarket is right next to the building. We had an amazing and relaxing stay.

Despite the Apartment was not ready upon checked-in, Mr George was very attentive to his customers. His prompt reponses to emails and requests needed were reliable. The only suggestions we can give: 1) The garbage disposal. They should have a disposal area within the floor. Or allow to leave garbage outside the room esp for a short stay customers, instead of waiting for a knock at the door. 2) Check the AC. We noticed that every AC in our Unit would leak on the floor the entirety of our stay. Thank you. from: RM 14E

I liked everything about this property except the following: Local Dance Clubs go until 4am with bass reverberating almost all night This area is very expensive to dine in. It wasn't made clear that the one A/C control worked for both A/C units. The building was beautiful, however, the desk personnel were not strict about checking who belonged there. The room was spacious enough as a one bedroom. The amenities were just enough for a few days. I stayed six. The bathroom was super small, but did have a shower curtain preventing a wet floor around the sink area.
