The hot tub was not working, the bathroom was clean but definitely needs some repair and painting completed. No one was ever at the front desk which made me feel this was a very unsecured building.

A case of you pay for what you get. We went with a cheaper hotel and we got cheap quality. Hotel is dirty and not well-kept. Breakfast was pitiful but still free I guess. The shower rod in our bathroom was broken and we couldn’t use our shower curtain. The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. If you can spend more, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Hot tub broke, ran down, had to get or room keys reactivated twice. Hardly any food out for breakfast; no cereal, no hot food except at 6am.

The front desk receptionist was completely disrespectful it seemed to be significantly mentally insufficient to be the appropriate candidate as the front desk receptionist or manager. As he claimed. He suggested to me to not use expedia, and that it caused more problems than actually being convenient which at the time Was true because my reservation had got messed up when I had made another one for that day. I was checking out to just recheck. In back into the same room, except my my arrival date was submitted for the next day. Which he couldn't help me extend my current reservation into the new reservation. So that I wouldn't have to pa pack up and leave just to come back which is now totally inconvenient. I would have paid for that day. 2 stop all of this inconvenience. But hew wanted to charge me twice as much then, Expedia refusing at least the price match especially after he suggested to not use Expedia. So with that being said he later then comes to my room forces me out with little time I had to pack up my things. And try to get out there as fast as possible leaving my stuff and negative 32° weather outside Ultimately leaving me having to sleep in my car until I can get the refund back of what money I had left to make this reservation so yes, I am highly upset. They were highly unprofessional and should be highly shut down.

The bathroom door fell off the hinges and it “was not to be fixed right now” The toilet ran all the time The desk chair was so bad it flaked black on anything it touched The cloth chair was so filthy we had to put a towel on it to sit on it fully dressed. And we received no room service at all between the two days of our stay. The breakfast was fake eggs and luke warm coffee. This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be fined for its poor service. I can’t believe Expedia allows it to be on their list. And the worst thing is not being compensated for all of this by Expedia or the hotel.

Check-in was fine, it was quick and simple. The room was fine upon check-in, aside from the room door being warped and difficult to close. The beds are fine, sheets clean, sufficient pillows. Tv works, as does the mini fridge. The desk chair and sitting chair in the room are quite shabby, with faded and cracked fabric on the seats. Our oldest child accidentally clogged the toilet, causing water to overflow. My husband borrowed a plunger from the manager and unclogged the toilet. Due to water on the floor, my husband askd for extra towels. The manger said they had no more towels and gave my husband a mop and bucket. After cleaning up the bathroom floor, my husband dumped the dirty mop water into the tub. In doing so, he accidentally bumped the tub faucet head. The facet head broke off, much to my husband's surprise. My husband then spoke to the manager who was quite rude and told my husband he was a liar, he broke it on purpose. The manager did not offer to move us to another room so I guessthe rest of us won't be showering. Not a great experience overall, will not stay here again. Terrible service, very rude manager who is lacking in hospitality.

I knew what I was getting into when I booked the room - a budget hotel with free breakfast and a pool/hot tub that was dog-friendly. Check-in was fine, the staff was very accommodating, and the room was satisfactory. I have no complaints since my expectations were not very high to begin with. I didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast so I can't base my ratings on anything there, but the pool and hot tub area was very nice. The rooms and hotel in general need a LOT of updating (very outdated, old carpeting, random wiring out of place). In my room, I did not have any conditioner in the shower, which was disappointing (thank goodness I had my own leave-in) and I also did not have coffee cups, so I had to run down and grab some from the lobby. Other than that, I appreciated the microwave and fridge, the close access to everything, and the comfiness of the beds. One other note - NOT the hotel's fault at all, but DANG - smokers need to pick up their cigarette butts (and I am a smoker!) and dog-owners need to clean up their dog poop. The back area of the hotel was a disaster - hotel guests, do better.

Great staff and can tell they work VERY hard to maintain the place. Natural wear from the years but does not mean it is not a great place to stay. They were on top of pool testing and cleanings. Great breakfast!!

The room was safety hazard; black mold in the room, heater smelled like something was burning, cracked sink and ceiling, and the alarm clock didn’t work. The place was nearly qualifiable as a roach motel. When you pay $150, you expect not to have a dangerous room that is falling apart.

Sink and tub drain drained very slowly. There was a bulb out in the bathroom. The tv remote only registered about half the time. Most if not all of the outlets did not work. The chairs look like the were purchased from an office that used them for the last 15 years.

We booked in short notice as the area was limited in options and weekend rates were outrageous. The hotel was ok not my usual choice of stay. There were no wash cloths or hand towels in bathroom. Could hear the wind howl through the window and AC unit. Overall not a bad place to spend the night but even with the recent coat of paint and upgrades the building could use some work.
