Max occupancy is 9. Guests must be over 18 years old to book. No smoking or vaping in the house. Check out is at 11:00 AM
No jumping in the pond. No parties on property (cameras are located on front door). Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M.
