Discover our charming duplex, fully renovated in 2024, offering a cozy and warm atmosphere in a quiet and secure residence. Spacious and equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, it's ideal for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. A 5th guest can sleep on the sofa. Enjoy breathtaking lagoon view and be captivated by unforgettable sunsets. Fully equipped with Wi Fi, parking, and a pool. Shops within walking distance, close to Marigot, and near the Dutch side.
Guests can access to the whole condo and the swimming pool
The lagoon isn't swimmable Island life has its share of drawbacks: there may be power outages and water shortages, lasting from a few minutes to several hours. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby on request and subject to availability

Welcome to CASA BLEU LAGON, a two level apartment fully renovated and newly furnished in 2024! Located within a secure lagoon side residence (non swimmable) in the Bellevue neighborhood, it welcomes families or friends up to 5 people. As you enter, you'll be amazed by the warm atmosphere created by the natural wood décor. A spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opens onto a furnished terrace with a view of the lagoon, where you can admire stunning sunsets. The terrace is equipped with a rolling shutter to protect against bad weather and is separated from the living room by a large glass door. On this level, you'll also find the first bedroom with a large double bed and its en suite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. A guest (child or teenager), can sleep on the comfty sofa. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a large double bed and its en suite bathroom with a toilet. The apartment features 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom, high speed Wi Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a parking space in front of the building. The residence also offers a beautiful pool facing the lagoon, which you will have access to. The location is ideal: you ll be close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the town center. Everything is within reach to make your stay unforgettable. Household linens are provided free of charge (towels, beach towels, and sheets).
