Outdoor Delight: A spacious summer terrace awaits, featuring an inviting heated pool and comfy sunbeds. Next to it, a BBQ area with seating for 8 sets the scene for alfresco dining.

Enchanting Ambiance: Connected to the terrace is an open basement adorned with lush greenery and a charming water feature, reminiscent of medina fountains.

Open Concept Living: Upon entering through the imposing front door, a vast, open-concept space unfolds, comprising the living room and kitchen. Seven expansive bay windows surround the area, providing ample natural light. A ground-floor bedroom and bathroom complete this level.

Elegant Ascent: A striking glass-railed staircase ascends to the first floor, leading to a generous corridor/living area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on this floor. An ample, shaded terrace offers views of the pool and the Atlas Mountains.

Luxurious Bedrooms: Each of the five bedrooms features top-tier bedding, quality mattresses, and air conditioning. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while one first-floor bedroom and the ground-floor bedroom offer queen-sized beds. The remaining two bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other in the basement, each accommodate two single beds.

Parking Convenience: Ample parking is available both inside the property and outside.

All the house with its 5 bedrooms, its 2 living rooms, its 3 terraces, its 4 bathrooms and its Hammam are at your disposal.

Other things to note
Our housekeeper will gladly prepare breakfast for you every morning for 5€ per person to cover for the ingredients which she will take care of buying for you.

This service, along with household cleaning and linen care, is included. Our housekeeper's standard hours are from 9 am to 4 pm, but we can accommodate special requests.

If you wish to indulge in local specialties for lunch or dinner, this service is available for an additional fee, depending on the number of people.

For added comfort, the swimming pool can be heated at a rate of €30 per day, and you can also enjoy the hammam for an additional €15 per day
