Tämän majatalon palveluihin kuuluu ravintola, ympäri vuorokauden auki oleva kuntokeskus ja baari/aulabaari. Käytössäsi on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys julkisissa tiloissa, omatoiminen pysäköinti, ilmainen mannermainen aamiainen sekä ilmainen alueellinen kuljetuspalvelu. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on allasbaari, poreallas ja hieronta- ja hoitohuoneet.
Kasbah Dar Ilham tarjoaa 12 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on DVD-soitin ja minibaari. Huoneessa on parveke. Jokainen huone on yksilöllisesti sisustettu. Satelliittikanavat takaavat viihteen.

Huoneissa on osittain avoimet kylpyhuoneet. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, syvä kylpyamme, kylpytakit ja hiustenkuivaaja. Asiakkaat voivat hemmotella itseään paikan päällä olevilla kylpyläpalveluilla. Kylpylässä on saatavilla hieronta- ja hoitohuoneita. Palveluihin kuuluvat kasvohoidot, vartalokääreet, vartalon kuorinnat ja vartalohoidot. Kylpylästa löytyy turkkilainen sauna / hamam. A memorable stay in lovely surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay and found it combined well with the rest of our holiday which was spent partly in the medina and partly in the Atlas mountains. Most of the meals were very good and it was good to have a fairly wide choice of menu including lighter meals when required. There was one disaster with a fish tajine which turned out to be almost all bone and little flesh. However it was agreed that there would be no charge and a replacement was offered. The visit to the evening show was a particular highlight despite some uncertainty about the length of the show and when it or the mal were due to start.

Rather quirky

A definite contradiction - spotlessly clean, extremely helpful staff, antiquated plumbing and yet I kept expecting Basil Fawlty to leap out from behind reception. This hotel is located approx. 25mins from the Medina but the hotel provide free shuttles to and from there so not a problem for us. At dinner there were only the two of us so there was a lack of any atmosphere and I felt a little uncomfortable, Would I stay there again? Strangely enough I do believe I would!

Wonderful Hotel. I would highly recommend it!

A friend and I stayed at the hotel from 7 March to 10 March in the twin room. The reason we picked the hotel was because the traditional Moroccan style. When we arrived at the airport the hotel had a car waiting for us. The drive back to the hotel was quick and easy. When we arrived at the hotel we received a warm welcome from the lady on reception who showed us to our room. The room was lovely. Two single very comfortable beds, AC, large TV, nice bathroom and as we had hoped, the room was decorated in a traditional Moroccan style. The twin room is one of the more basic rooms at the hotel but it was exactly what we needed/wanted. I saw some of the other rooms which had four poster beds, balconies, which looked so pretty and again were decorated in the traditional Moroccan style. The hotel has a very homely feeling and the decor is very beautiful! I was very impressed with how clean the hotel is! The pool is perfect. It’s very large as shown in the pictures and is the ideal place to relax in the sun. There is an area to sit outside in the shade on comfortable sofas if you’re not looking to sit in the sun. The staff made the stay that extra bit special! They were so polite and always went out of their way to help us with planning days out and making sure we were having a comfortable stay. I was so impressed with the hotel and wish I had booked a longer stay! I will definitely book this hotel if I visit Marrakech again and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans la kasba a nous Faire dorloter. Endroit calme et reposant, cuisine délicieuse piscine chauffée chambres joliment décorées et confortables, tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour. Le personnel est toujours a disposition et répond a vos envies .

Sanctuary from the craziness of Marrakech itself

Stayed here for a week in October 2014. Spent every other day exploring Marrakech and the remaining days relaxing in the oasis of the Kasbah Dar Ilham. It was an excellent venue for a complete contrast to the busy hustle and bustle of the town. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help us. The food was delicious and authentically Moroccan. Large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and nice grounds - and never felt too busy as only eight rooms.

Lovely hotel with excellent service

If you are looking for a relaxing break I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. At first it seems as though the airport is far from the airport (around 35-40 mins) but this becomes less of a problem seeing as the hotel provide a free transfer to and from the airport. Also, this means there is less outside noise around the hotel which is what you want if you're there to relax. The staff are brilliant and understand English well. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. For instance, we decided when we arrived that we would like to move to a bigger room (to a suite) if there was one available. Luckily there was and we were able to move rooms hassle-free. The hotel appears very family run, which adds to a traditional feel. The food is made from scratch and is delicious. Prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend that any guests try the hammam experience. The masseuse is also one of the best I have come across and she will leave you feeling truly relaxed. All spa treatments are good value for money compared to the UK. The shuttle that the hotel provides to the main square is very convenient (this is around 30 minutes away). The driver will take you at 11am and bring you back at 6pm, although you can change the times for a small fee. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Personally, I would love to stay here again if I visit Marrakech again.

Very relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing stay at the Kasbar. The staff were very attentive and very welcoming. On one of the days we had the pool to ourselves which was great, even putting our own music on the sound system. The location is great if you want to escape from the Medina, and the free shuttle bus is an added bonus. My only niggle would have been that the pool needed to be de-bugged on one of the days, but I am sure had I asked this would have been done right away anyhow. We would return, and hope to in the future.

This hotel was a nice surprise because it had the personalized attention of a B&B with the quality of a luxury hotel. Spa and Hammam were very relaxing and the pool and "tent" were welcome additions to the retreat. The food was home-cooked and deliciously authentic.

Lovely oasis of calm.

Had a wonderful stay in lovely peaceful & quiet surroundings. Staff were superlative all round & couldn't have been more helpful. Food was equally excellent, all cooked to order & very fresh. Pool was really lovely with very good beds to lie on. Sun hats were a nice added touch! Only reason I've given room comfort a '4' is that lighting is rather subdued in room & hard to read by. We had a delightful relaxing stay & highly recommend Kasbah dar Ilham to anybody that likes to stay out of town. (1/2 hour from centre by free shuttle).

Très bel hôtel traditionnel pour couples ou famill

Hôtel un peu difficile à trouver, mais une fois franchi le portail, c est un petit coin de paradis, avec un accueil digne de la réputation marocaine. De petites attentions de la part d un personnel toujours disponible ! Après une tempête de sable vers 21h, une piscine pleine de poussière, de feuilles et de fleurs, nous avons tout retrouvé en parfait état pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel à travaillé jusqu à 5 h du matin pour tout arranger ! Un grand bravo '

Conforme à nos attentes

Nous cherchions un endroit magique pour s'évader, se dépayser en amoureux, l'hotel nous a comblé. Staff accueilllant et serviable, cuisine typique et dans un cadre de rêve (petits déjeuner et repas autour de la piscine (avons fait un seul diner sur place - 7 légumes en entrées (marinades, préparations épicées), tajine au citron et crepe suzette + le traditionnel thé - bon, typique, comme à la kasbah!! Seul la distance de 10km de Marrakech nous a semblé long à notre arrivée, mais le service en place de navettes gratuites, bus gratuits et de chauffeur (10€ le trajet hotel-marrakech, et de 15€ après 20h...) a permis de profiter pleinement de Marrakech et de revenir facilement à l'hotel. Bref, une excellente adresse, un excellent séjour.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and we had a very subpar experience at this hotel. First, the hotel did not pick us up at the airport, they said why didn't you call us? Now, I don't have a phone as I am a tourist so I could not call. Secondly, the service is poor at best. There is no menu options for dinner, you eat what they feed you unless you tell them hours in advance. Additionally, the breakfast is exactly the same every day, which gets dull and frustrating fast. One day they told us, "sorry we do not have any eggs." I've never been told this at any restaurant or hotel, ridiculous. Also, there is no ironing board in the room. I left them two shirts to iron and we had to wait for them to finish ironing in order to leave the room (waited 1 hour). Another bad experience I had was when I brought back a doggy bag of food back to the hotel. They actually went inside my room to take the food and drinks away b/c guests are not allowed to bring in food, which I was not aware of. In short, this hotel, in my opinion is no where near 5 stars. The service is poor and the staff do not know how to treat guests professionally. They are nice, but not very business smart. I encourage you to look elsewhere unless you are on a very low budget and want to relax and do nothing, which is what you get here. There are no activities at this hotel and the pools are nice, that's the best thing I can say about them.

Great hotel to relax in

We started our 2 weeks honeymoon tour of morocco in this hotel - we picked it because of its pool as we wanted to do 'nothing' for a few days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself clean and very Moroccan and the pool, hammam and jacuzzi simply perfect. We didn't leave the hotel for 3 days and loved it. Highly recommended.

lovely, homely guest house feel

I'd have given it 5* but for a pack of noisy dogs outside the kasbah gates at night. It was about 1/2 hour drive from the medina and surrounded by wasteland so you couldn't walk anywhere but it was close to do the Atlas day trips (which unfortunately on our five day stay we didn't really have time to do). The kasbah itself was gorgeous. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to make you very welcome and look after you. The food was excellent and a lot of it! A very relaxing break and calm retreat after the chaos of the souks.

The staff can't do enough for you are and are lovely. The hotel itself is amazing, calming and serene. A great retreat from the city. Food and rooms also excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nice place

We had four nights stay at the Kasbah Dar Ilham and were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is a bit outside the city and costs £20 for a taxi. If you want a nice place to relax and eat good food this is the place. Staff are really helpful and will arrange any trips which you wish to do.

Les plus : - Riad plein de charme - Personnel bienveillant et très professionnel - d'une propreté parfaite - excellents repas servis avec générosité - beau jardin très bien entretenu - piscine TOP - les transferts aéroport compris au-delà de 3 jours Les moins : - Un peu loin du centre mais dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié le calme, les odeurs parfumées et la douce quiétude qui y règne.

The staff were very freindly and most helpfull.The Hammam and treatments were excelent value.superp pool and poolside dining.The best place to relax after the bustle of the Medina.

Nous sommes allés dans cette hôtel pour notre voyage de noces. Nous recherchions un petit havre de paix près de Marrakech et nous l'avons trouvé !!! Le personnel est irréprochable, à votre écoute et soucieux de vous satisfaire pleinement. Les chambres sont d'une incroyable personnalité, le cadre est parfait pour se détendre, la nourriture est abondante et excellente. L'hôtel propose également des excursions pour découvrir Marrakech et les environs, le transport pour Marrakech est également très facile. Bref, à recommander sans hésitation !!!

Small out of town houseparty hotel just great

Almost a Houseparty - guests spoke to each other ! Pre arrival worries about haggling for taxis to and from hotel unfounded as hotel had a good deal with local taxi firm - lots of opportunities to share costs to Marrakech. Do NOT miss the local agricultural market every Saturday - the true Morocco - savour it enjoy it respect the locals (no photos - not fair!). Hotel staff just so friendly and helpful.
