Villa Annarosa is a magnificent property located close to Marrakech with a breathtaking view on the Atlas Mountains.
The property is settle in a 12000 square meters park and , with many palm trees, bougainvillea and Mediterranean plants, the atmosphere is really peaceful and natural.

The garden is well maintained, with a large swimming pool (18x10 meters (it can be heated on request) surrounded by an equipped terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, a pool house with a bar, where to enjoy an aperitif with friends and the family, a barbecue an outdoor shower, a toilet and a tennis court with night light system. This harmonious space is directly connected with the chill areas and the terrace in front of the house, with sofas and coffee tables.
Just few steps we go inside, the hall and the living room welcome you in a charming ambient with sofas, Led TV, the fireplace, big glass window with the garden view, a dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen.
At this level there is the gym, a massage room and the hammam and two double bedrooms.
The rooms, well decorated and spacious, have the direct access to the pool, private bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning and the TV

Going upstairs there are other four bedrooms, all with a double bed, private bathroom, walk-in shower, air conditioning and TV. At this floor there are also four panoramic terraces on the Atlas Mountains ,with relax areas, a reading room for moments or pure peace.

The guest will appreciate the wifi connection available in the house and in the external areas,the safe box, a fitness room, a ping pong table and the petanque area.

Villa Annarosa is a full staffed villa with the cook, the maid and the gardener. For the security there are 3 cameras installed, it is possible to disconnect them on request.
Please note that extra guests are not admitted before the owner approval, with extra fees the lunch and pool use are to be payed extra.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
