The Space:

At the entrance of the sumptuous Villa Koutoubia, a majestic two-level fountain in the shape of an eight-pointed star welcomes you, inviting you to discover an elegant and bright living space. With its 170 m² including a dining room, two living rooms bathed in light and a warm fireplace, this villa is a true haven of peace.



The villa includes five large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access framed by two columns, adding a touch of grandeur.



These rooms open directly onto a vast terrace where you can enjoy your sunny breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches and dinners around the outdoor living room, which can accommodate up to 14 people.



A Domain of Charm and Serenity extending over 900 m² in the heart of a one-hectare park planted with olive trees and palm trees, Villa KOUTOUBIA envelops you in happiness as soon as its doors open. The 18 x 4 m swimming pool invites you to relax and serenity.

Guest Access:

The entire house except the kitchen, which is only for staff, you cannot cook for yourself in this villa.



The Neighborhood:

25 minutes from Marrakech, the villa will allow you to explore all the facets of the ancient imperial city: the Majorelle gardens, the Badi and Bahia palaces, the Saadian tombs, not to mention the famous Djema el Fnaa square, the souks and the Koutoubia. The 900 m2 villa on a park of more than 1 hectare mainly composed of olive trees and palm trees with a swimming pool of 18mx4m. As soon as the doors open, the ancestral strength of the olive trees and the magic of the space envelop you in happiness.

By taxi, by car with our driver at an additional cost.



Other Things to Note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

You cannot cook at the villa: our staff will do it for an additional fee: €20 for lunch per adult, €25 for dinner per adult, 50% off for children under 12, or the option where you bring your own groceries: €60 per day for the cook.

Stays for groups under 25years old are not permitted.

Local guests are prohibited.

We do not accept groups of single men.
