Cocoonr agency offers this 38 m² apartment for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Marseille.
The Jade apartment has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, whether you're on a business trip or visiting family or tourists.

The accommodation comprises :
-A well-equipped kitchenette (electric kettle, toaster, 2-burner hob, fridge, microwave oven) with dining area.
- One bedroom with double bed (140*190) and bathroom with shower and WC
- Lounge area with flat-screen TV
- Shared laundry room

Jade is located on the Place Charles de Gaulle in Marseille's Vieux Port. The Vieux Port is the heart of Marseille, where fishermen return from the sea to sell their fish every morning. It's also where the shuttles leave for the Frioul islands and the calanques. Everything can be done on foot. There's plenty of public transport to take you around town, as well as bars and restaurants at the foot of the building.

Transportation :
You can park your car at the Charles de Gaulle parking lot, less than 100 meters from the apartment.
From Gare St-Charles: Take the metro from Gare St-Charles to the Vieux Port exit.
Self-service bicycles: Station n° 1004 Général De Gaulle Paradis

This accommodation is located on the 5ᵉ floor with elevator.

Absolutely perfect location

The apartment greeter was right on time and very knowledgeable. Told me everything I needed for my stay. Neighborhood was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Within 1 block there is the Old Port, the metro, a grocery store, a really nice patisserie, restaurants, the major shopping street. Perfect. Apartment was very modern and had a well stocked kitchen. Quiet and safe. Loved it.

Jade - Les Cocons "You probably couldn't get a better location - the building is a 2-minute walk away from the Old Port Marina, AND it's located on a quiet street. Double win! There are several flats rented out in the building, we got apartment Jade which was slightly different from the pictures - namely, the toilet and the bathroom were separate. Not a big deal just FYI. However, both are located in the bedroom, so it is somewhat difficult to use the facilities if someone is sleeping at the time. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd recommend Agency Cocoonr for their prompt and helpful communication ????"
