It was very convenient to the airport. One of few places with free 24 hour shuttle. Everything was first class. Beds super comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool and park like atmosphere. Food was really good at reasonable price.

I’m not sure why this hotel’s ratings aren’t higher, and it may have to do with people not getting the newly renovated and upgraded rooms in the past, but for an airport hotel in Marseille, this hotel and its grounds are very pleasant. It has its own garden and the restaurant is very well appointed with a nice patio. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was also very helpful to us during the recent taxi strike.

Great stop over

Hilton has maintained the high quality of the form Pullman hotel. Conveniently situated near airport, but added a good restaurant. Couple of deceptions: in room coffee machine didn’t work; had asked for a wake up call which never occurred. It was lucky I was affected by jet lag & woke up on my own otherwise I could have missed my flight.

The staff failed to ask us at check in if we needed to book the shuttle. 2 hours later when we went to arrange a ride they told us the shuttle was full for our time. They made no effort to compensate for their error and we ended up having to pay for an uber after we stayed at this hotel for the airport shuttle. In addition our room was incredibly hot.

Our hotel room was at about 28 Celsius for the night. Even with fans it was not bearable and we had 2 rooms and no one could sleep in either room. Staff said windows could not be opened and the air conditioning climate control was not available.
