Very expensive for what it is... property needs a good refurbishment when you walk in the corridor it looks old with damages a bit everywhere. Room looks really old and the bed is terrible and very noisy. This type of bedroom should have been 70£ max not 100£.

Bel Hôtel avec un super emplacement

Accueil très chaleureux et très satisfaisant. Personnel très réactif. Très bon emplacement : Près du Vieux Port en plein centre et à 5 minutes de la plage. Très accessible depuis les transports en commun. Très belle vue car l'hôtel surplombe le Vieux Port. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent.

hôtel de qualité malgré le manque de personnel

Nous sommes dans un hôtel très bien situé au centre de Marseille, propre, calme, avec SPA de qualité et efficace. Les espaces sont neufs et modernes. Lors de mon séjour l'hôtel était plein et à mon check in , j'ai été pris en charge au bout de 25 minutes par la seule personne qui était à la réception. (Trop peu à mon gout lors de forte affluence). Le petit déjeuner était irréprochable, varié et la vue donnait sur le vieux port. (Très agréable lorsqu'on se réveille). Le service au bar était irréprochable et les choix variés. Le check out tardif n'était pas possible car l'hôtel était également complet le jour suivant (Pourtant j'étais porteur de la carte silver). Le site de réservation par internet mentionnait le petit déjeuner inclus dans ma réservation. Lors de mon départ, les petits déjeuner n'étaient pas inclus, prix de 34€ à payer en sus. (Réclamation en cours auprès du site).
