Door 4 slammes when entering and stayed in Room next to it so kept getting woke. Not enough air flow in hot tub/ pool area. Very strong chemicals. Caused eyes to burn.

The pool makes the hotel extremely humid and the chlorine smell is overpowering. Need to install large exhaust fans to push the pool humid and chlorine odors out.

Rooms were good. Nothing wrong there. The card readers for outside doors and rooms were very outdated and were so touchy reading cards. There were never any towels in the pool area and the hot tub didn’t work also wasn’t serviced. Temp was 86° and the swimming pool was 82°. Best part about the hotel was the connected restaurant. Great staff and amazing food! There was a massive pothole in the entrance driveway that you need to watch out for when entering or exiting onto the main road.

Don't stay here!!!!

The only thing good about this place was the restaurant attached. Pool open to public. No rules enforced. Beds had as rock. Laundry out of order. Front desk couldn't answer questions. Needs a total remodel and new management.

Honestly I love this place. I’ve stayed here every time I’m in the area. If you value a comfortable and clean room you can’t go wrong! Updated tv in the room was a nice touch. Conveniently located for my reason to visit the area, plenty of shopping and food options nearby. Located on a busy street. Often crowded but quiet at night when it counts. Friendly folks who work here. Stay here you won’t regret it.

The staff are quite friendly. The room, though small were quite nice. Just wish it had more sound proofing and the pool looked more inviting. The pool looked kind of nasty. Overall, a nice place.

When we checked in they informed us that their hot water wasn't working. They were hoping to get it fixed during the night - but it didn't happen. When we checked out we asked if we could get a free night stay as we were staying in town for 2 days - they said they couldn't do that since we booked through Expedia. We went down the street and booked a Hampton Inn direct with them since using Expedia never gives us credits back. The disadvantages lately have outweighed the advantages of using Expedia. Sorry.
