Updated so looks nice and functional. Can see evidence of age in bathroom: door handle, plumbing to toilet, ceiling tiles. Overall decent with attractive updates. Service was good.
We did not expect much from a Super 8 hotel, we just need a room to rest and sleep. The hallways smells weeds all night. Actually, the stairs and the entire 1st and 2nd floors we noticed people were smoking weeds. Heating unit was very noisy and you can actually hear kids crying from the across the halls. The front desk service person was watching Mexican shows on phone or tv loudly. I think he’s bored
It was ok with refurbished rooms. We had only one towel in the bathroom and had to get someone to fill up the soap dispenser. Not alot of good restaurants in the area.
We had three crickets and 8 spiders joining us. The floors were filthy. I don’t think they have been swept or mopped in weeks. The tub and toilet had not been cleaned. The pillows were very lumpy. The battery was missing from the smoke detector. The air conditioner was full of dust and had to be cleaned before I could use it. The hallways were in need of cleaning.
