The VILLETTA

Independent terraced house, spacious, fully furnished and sunny all year round immersed in tranquility and nature with a splendid view of the Val d'Ossola, a few steps from the town center and the main services such as groceries, pharmacy, post office, bars, restaurants, butcher, tobacconist, hairdresser, etc.
Independent entrance on the ground floor (living area) with large furnished living room and parquet flooring (sofa and armchair, flat-screen Smart TV connected to the internet - Netflix - Amazon Prime, YouTube ...), furnished kitchen with polished porphyry flooring (dishes, gas and induction hobs, sink, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee pod machine, etc.) with access to the independent garden.
A comfortable and spacious internal wooden staircase leads to the first floor (sleeping area) where there are 2 bedrooms with parquet floors and a balcony (each with a double bed, wall-mounted TV and wardrobes + 1 queen-size bed) with 1 bathroom with window (washing machine, sink, bathtub and shower)
Heating with radiators in winter (fireplace NOT available). Free WiFi. Free parking space on the street. Towels and sheets included. A car is recommended to reach the villa and to move around the area. Ideal for mountain hikers, skiers and cyclists or just for those seeking rest and tranquility. Not recommended for those with mobility difficulties due to the presence of stairs at the entrance to the house and inside the house. Small pets allowed free of charge. For security reasons there is a video surveillance system outside the house. No smoking inside the house.
NB: at check-in you will be:
- made to sign a short-term tourist rental contract for the days of your stay
- requested documents in order to allow, by law, registration with the competent Public Security authorities
Getting around the area
A 5-minute drive from Domodossola or public transport connecting Masera with Domodossola. There is the Masera station with the typical Vigezzina train that connects Domodossola to Locarno (Switzerland). Located at the entrance to the Vigezzo Valley (Santa Maria Maggiore - Re) and a strategic point with the other 7 valleys such as Val Formazza, Val Grande, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero, Valle Antrona, Val Bognanco, Valle Anzasca, the ski resort of San Domenico, spas, and 30 km from Lake Maggiore (Stresa and the Borromean Islands) or Lake Orta (San Giulio Island)
