Watch the sun rise in the east from upstairs master bedroom. On clear nights the stars are often like a million diamonds in the sky and on special nights the moon rises out of the ocean. The middle level has a completely remodeled kitchen with all utensils and appliances plus a living/dining area which opens to an outside west facing patio desk. Spectacular sunsets can often be seen at the right time and always the view of the 42,000 sf New Seabury country Club facilities are just off the nearby distance. The lower level has a nice size bedroom with a garden view and covered patio for enjoying nature at ground level. The unit's split level bedroom privacy design also has a washer /dryer. (no coins needed). The home's amenities also include 3 tv's a king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 regular bed and a sleeper with an inflatable mattress & electric pump.
