Newly and fully renovated beach house located in New Seabury (Mashpee), a beautiful country club/golf course community. This family-friendly house sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to South Cape Beach. Less than 90 minutes from Boston!

This is the perfect house for beach vacations, group golf outings (lots of great public courses nearby), bachelorette parties, etc.

The location can't be beat!
* 3 minute walk to a swimmable pond
* 7 minute drive to the ocean at South Cape Beach (only 1.5 mi to walk or bike leaving through the back gate)
* Walk, bike or drive one mile to Popponesset Marketplace, with shopping, bars/restaurants, ice cream, arcade and mini golf. The Marketplace is beautiful in the summer, complete with live music and lobster rolls. It's the quintessential Cape vacation!
*10 minutes to Mashpee Commons, with grocery stores, plenty of shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, bowling and more.
*Convenient to many great local, public golf courses
*The Cape Cod Children's Museum is right at the entrance to New Seabury

*`The house comes fully stocked with clean towels, sheets and toiletries. There are also games, books, puzzles, beach chairs and water rafts, as well as a Keurig machine (and pods, of course) and other kitchen staples available for guest use. The house is equipped with TVs and internet.
