Villa Heart, recently renovated, consists of 3 floors accessible by either the stairway or lift. There is also a large terrace which overlooks the marvelous Bay of Naples.
The size of the villa is over 300 square meters and it can accommodate up to 10 people. It is composed of 4 suites with 4 bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen, a huge swimming-pool with a panoramic terrace provided with sun-beds and umbrellas and a wood oven for pizza along with a barbeque.

In detail the Villa is as follows:
1) Entrance Level
This level of the villa consists of a wide lounge area, with a fireplace and a large terrace with a wonderful sea-view over the Bay of Naples and the island of Capri. On this level there is also one of the suites with sea-view.

2) Lower Level:
Going down one level, by private lift or staircase, there is a floor where you will find the other three suites with terrace and sea-view (two of them can be used as triple-room).
All rooms are furnished with traditional warm colors and bright ceramic floor tiles coming from “Vietri sul mare”.

3) Ground Level:
On the ground level, which is reachable either by private lift or staircase, there is a large living area with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and direct access to the terrace where you can find the sun-beds, the barbeque and the wood oven pizza. From there, you can easily reach the swimming pool area.

The villa offers the opportunity of parking only one car. A private beach is just 200 meters away.

Neighbourhood and transport
Massalubrense is located about 10 minutes from Sorrento, from here you can reach the major tourist destinations of the Sorrento peninsula and the best beaches.
The car is recommended to move freely at any time.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 5 nights.
The use of the villa is reserved only for residents, any service (meals, pizza party, etc.) has to be agreed with the owner.
The price includes daily cleaning 4 hours per day (1 day off), air-conditioning (middle May – end of Sept), swimming-pool.
City-tax is not included (€ 3,00 per person, per day, from 18 years onwards.
Final cleaning: € 400,00 to be paid on the spot.
Suppl. Heated swimming-pool (max 28°) euro 200,00 per day (min 5 days).
Check-in time: from 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Important notice: a damage deposit of € 2.000,00 has to be paid in advance and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
Cot euro 10,00 per day, net, if less than 8 guests free.
