Staff was super nice and welcoming! Room was clean. The pool heater was broke so the pool was freezing which was a little disappointing to our children since we really picked a hotel based on if it had a pool or not! Other than that it was a good hotel for a quick trip!

One of the only properties around that has three Queen beds. I would stay just for that reason alone. My daughter also loves their free endless hot chocolate as much as you can drink. The staff is nice especially Christine at the front desk who’s fantastic.

A good basic place

It's a basic place to stay. They have coffee, water and tea in the lobby. I stay here because it's 5 minutes from family. Stay on the back side away from the traffic noise. That's all.

Right after we checked in, we had a guy opening our room with his keycard and he showed me on the card pocket the room number it was the same one we were stying t. I had to go to the front desk and make sure she reprogrammed my keycards.

Stayed there just for the indoor pool. It was ice cold. I am sure my little granddaughter would have gotten hypothermia if we had proceeded past our toes. Staff was unwilling to do anything about it. GM would not return my calls. Very disappointing.
