This little chunk of paradise is located RIGHT ON THE DELAWARE RIVER in Pennsylvania's Tri-state area (NY/NJ/PA). This spot has a little bit of everything, the perfect combination of city and seclusion!

This home is a recently renovated ranch style home that offers single floor living with an open floor plan. Cathedral ceilings in the living room and master suite (attached bath) give this home a very spacious feel. Your views are of trees and flowing water! Your living room leads you to your deck, overlooking the backyard space and The Delaware River! You may wish to experience some local waterfalls, stroll through the small town of Milford, PA and/or Port Jervis, NY, kayak/tube the river, or you may be completely content sitting back, relaxing and watching the river rolls by!
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Delaware River. A gym, a water park and an arcade/games room are available. The cabin includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.
