Very nice apartment within walking distance of the sassi and old centre. The stairs to the loft are tricky for older folks. The second bathroom in the lobby is convenient for larger families.Good breakfast. Very helpful owner who gave us all sorts of advice.

Struttura nuova e confortevolissima in una location veramente ideale, a 200 metri dalla piazza centrale e dai Sassi ed in una zona centralissima ricca di bar, pizzerie, rosticcerie e ristoranti. Molti i posti auto disponibili in prossimità della struttura, alcuni anche non a pagamento. La camera in cui ho soggiornato era accogliente, dal design molto gradevole, decorata con gusto, silenziosissima e superpulita. Letto molto confortevole con scelta di cuscini. Il proprietario, affabile, ci ha fornito molti consigli per la nostra breve visita. Superconsigliato.

bastava poco per essere tutto perfetto

La struttura è veramente eccellente e tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Purtroppo devo fare un piccolo appunto per quanto riguarda la gestione. Al secondo giorno, sebbene avessi richiesto la pulizia della camera non ho avuto modo di constatare che sia effettivamente stata fatta. gli asciugamani che erano in terra non solo non sono stati cambiati ma sono rimasti dove erano. Inoltre le bottigliette di acqua consumate il primo giorno non sono state reintegrate. Piccoli particolari chiaramente ma che comunque avrebbero fatto la differenza.

Sensationelle Unterkunft in Matera im Zentrum

Tolles Zimmer, sauber , ruhig und interessant gestaltet, hervorragende Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt, Parkplatz in der Nähe leicht zu finden, und - last but not least - ein wunderbarer Empfang mit sehr hilfreichen Tipps durch Gennaro, thanks á lot again!
