The car park is private covered and secure. Two parking are reserved for this apartment: one in the garage and the other just at the entrance of the residence on the right.
The terrace of this Duplex apartment of 110 m2 is exceptional. The composite glass railings will provide you with an exceptional view on the sea.
New equipment: Oven, Microwave, induction hob, Combi including integrated ice maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
An electric barbecue is dedicated to the apartment directly on the terrace.

-Wohnung ist mit 12 Personen sehr klein. Empfehlenswert sind 10 Personen, da in diesem Falle die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht benötigt wird.
