Weekend stay.

The a/c was inoperative but we were given a different room promptly. Casa Abu restaurant was a total failure. Breakfast was greasy and it took over an hour to prepare and serve the order.

Para empezar cuando hicimos la reservación en Hotels.com, no nos incluyeron el costo de casi $14 diarios por estacionar. Pagué por una habitación cama Queen y me enviaron a una habitación cama, cuando reclamé en el Front, me dijeron que esa era una cama Queen. Mi esposo y yo tomamos las medidas para confirmar definitivamente esa no es la medida de una cama Queen. No pudimos meternos en la piscina, porque la piscina no se dejen llevar por las fotos, la piscina es Mega pequeña y está frente al Front de todo el que pasa te ve por unos cristales y nunca le da el sol. Definitivamente estamos bien decepcionado de ese hotel, y no volvemos allí.

Upon check in was not advise that the parking had a fee, just fill out the form. Then upon entering the room, was caught off guard with the small room and bed. The pictures and in person completely different. Went to the pool and no pool towels available. Asked front desk and was stated that all the towels were in laundry that all the towels were used alll day because the pool was busy. In the bedroom, no remote for tv, barely any channels, also lost signal on channels mid movie. No creamer, sugar and or stir sticks available for coffee. Upon calling front desk was advised that the housekeepers were around that when they’d knock to ask for it. Waited about 20 minutes. Nothing. Went downstairs and told him that as a guest I shouldn’t have to be waiting for when the housekeeper goes around to see if room is ready for cleaning. Waited another 10 minutes before receiving a cup of milk, 8 sugars and a knife and fork set. Will not be staying at this property again or recommending to anyone.
