The parking space for this condo is just a short walk to the front door. Enjoy a relaxing time in the pool on the warm Chautauqua summer days. This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has a full kitchen with a dining room/living room area, full size washer/dryer, central A/C, fireplace, large LCD TV with surround sound, and DVD/CD player. Relax and sip your morning coffee on one of the two porches. Sleeps 6 Max - Bedroom #1-Queen; Bedroom #2-2 Twins; living room-sofa sleeper.
