Rauhallinen Lakefront Cottage - täysin remontoitu vuonna 2017 - Saatavuus. Ympäri vuoden!

Tervetuloa meidän järvirakennukseen! Kolmen makuuhuoneen mökki sijaitsee aivan veden äärellä ja telakointiasema on vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Remontoitu vuonna 2017, tämä 3 makuuhuoneen talo voi nukkua jopa 6 henkilöä (ja meillä on ilmastointi!). Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode upealla järvinäköalalla. Toinen makuuhuone on varustettu queen-size-vuode ja näkymä kanavan, joka kulkee kiinteistön rinnalla. Kolmas makuuhuone on kaksikerroksinen kerrossänky niille, jotka eivät pelkää nousta tikkaita! Tärkein elintila on avoin konsepti, jossa ikkunoiden seinä näyttää kohti järveä. Keittiö on upouusi, kauniilla graniittityötasoilla, saaren istuimilla ja suurella ruokapöydällä, johon mahtuu jopa 8. Meillä on kaksi istumapaikkaa sisätiloissa, vaikka luultavasti vietät enemmän aikaa ulkona! On suuri patio runsaalla ulkokalusteet, sekä palo kuoppaan lämmetä kolea yötä. Meidän eristäytynyt lahti on yllättävän lähellä suurta osaa Chautauquan tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä, kuten Chautauqua-instituutti, joka on vain noin 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä (10 minuutin veneellä!). Olet tervetullut telakoimaan veneesi yhteisön telakalla, joka sijaitsee suoraan omaamme edessä. Julkinen veneistalo sijaitsee kätevästi, aivan nurkan takana. Tule ja nauti rentouttavasta lomasta Chautauqua-järvellä!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Whitney Bay. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja takan.

Perfect Cottage on the Water

Rachel’s home was the absolute perfect place for my family to stay during our triathlon/Father’s Day weekend! The house was even cuter in real life and was easy to navigate with every modern convenience available. It was spacious for our group of 6 with little ones and offered plenty of options for our entire group. The home was tucked away on a quiet street and was right on the water. Our group enjoyed having coffee and cocktails out on the patio overlooking the lake. We were able to dock our boat right out front on the community dock which was a huge perk and then enjoy fires at night in the fire pit. We utilized the grill for steaks and the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed to cook meals our entire stay. There were plenty of towels and paper goods for the group, plenty of places to hang out together and separate, and no one felt like we needed anything more. Kudos to Rachel and her family for being great hosts, we look forward to coming back soon.

Weekend away

The cottage was beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, offering both comfort and charm. Its location and view were truly exceptional—especially the serene, picturesque scenes of Lake Chautauqua visible through the expansive windows. Although we visited on a chilly weekend and didn’t get to enjoy the patio or dock, the setting was still peaceful and relaxing. We’d love to return in mid-summer to take full advantage of the lake access and outdoor amenities. Rachel was also very responsive as well.

Beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable

We had a wonderful time. March is not a time most people venture to a lake in NY but with the lake being frozen and a little bit of snow that fell it was absolutely gorgeous. We found the house to be cozy and provided amazing views of the lake. It was so lovely to just spend time together reading and relaxing. The house is well maintained and offers everything you might need. We did bring bottled water to drink due to the mineral content of the well water, but having stayed at other places with similar content that was overwhelming, it was hardly noticeable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it with high praise,

Perfect Getaway

Our family if 5 had a long weekend and we wanted to get away. The location of this property was perfect for us- beautiful, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everything is newly renovated, the beds are super comfy and we loved the openness of the house. The dock was perfect for our fishing time and gave a gorgeous view of the lake. We will definitely be staying here again Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

Perfect location for water lovers

This waterfront property provided us with convenient immediate access to put in our kayaks which was a priority for us. The spacious open living area provided a lovely view of the water via three walls of windows and the variety of outdoor seating areas allowed us to enjoy the outdoors in shade or full sun. The updated kitchen was very well supplied and easy to work in. Water pressure in the well appointed bathroom excellent. Bedroom size: Adequate. One negative I found was the tap water did not taste very good. Bottom Line: A very good stay.

The house was newly remodeled and very beautiful. The only minor issue that I had was the smell of the well water. We drink alot of water, so I just had to go to the store and buy more bottled water. We truly enjoyed our stay. The sunrises were beautiful. .

Fabulous House on CHQ Lake

Outstanding cottage on the lake with beautiful view. Extremely clean, renovations were gorgeous with high end appliances, and very nice open layout. Very well organized and easy to find kitchen/bath items. Floating dock was neat and being right against state game lands meant lots of wildlife. Love the outside area and felt it was a great place to stay. Thank you! Great memories for my family.

Book It!

I would 100% recommend this beautiful house for your next vacation! Everything was perfect. The pictures are all fact! The house was meticulously clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the patio lined up perfectly to view the beautiful lake. We grilled, used the fire pit and got regular visits from Dakota, the cute and super friendly dog who lives on the street. Just remember (as it’s stated in the details) it’s well water, it’s not the best smell, but fine and bring more bottled water than you think:) We brought kayaks, while there was not an actual kayak dock, there was a perfectly good divot in the grass to the left of the dock to get in and out of the water. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it!
