Premier St Elmo Unit w Large Balcony over Park

Enjoy beautiful park views and glimpses of the lake through the trees from our newly-renovated 4th floor unit in the St. Elmo building. The glass doors in both living room and bedroom open to the largest balcony overlooking Bestor Plaza. All that Chautauqua Institution has to offer is close by including the amphitheater, shops around the Plaza and beach access near the Bell Tower.

The St Elmo building is centrally located in Chautauqua Institution and is a short walk from the Amphitheater, the lake and the Bell Tower. The concourse level of the building holds the St Elmo Spa (open year-round) as well as a seasonal restaurant and shops. The Chautauqua bookstore is open year-round and is directly across the park.



In addition to the unit itself, guests have access to the building's common areas including the large first floor porches with many rocking chairs overlooking the park, outdoor patio off the concourse level, and the first floor lobby with lots of seating, books, puzzles and a piano.



Our newly renovated condo is set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has expanded quartz countertops with bar seating and plenty of room to cook a great meal. Enjoy your morning coffee from either the drip or Keurig coffee makers (or in the summer, take a walk across the park to the coffee gazebo near the Brick Walk Cafe).



The living room is full of natural light from the large glass door opening onto the balcony, but has room-darkening curtains for a more comfortable sleeping environment when the queen-sized sofa bed is being used.



The bedroom features a king-size bed, patio door access onto the balcony, room-darkening curtains and a small desk.



The bathroom has recently been upgraded with a brand new shower and sliding glass doors. Handrails are installed for those who need a little more stability.



Building regulations do not permit guests to bring pets.

As a guest of Premier St Elmo Unit w Large Balcony over Park, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
