the property was under construction and we were not advised of such prior to the reservation; breakfast was nearly non existent; furniture and supplies in the hallways; was unable to access the door to get into hotel 1 evening after 10 (our card and the phone did not work)

While property is under construction and renovation I do think they could be more organized and have guests stay in areas that are not torn apart. Hallways to room were covered in construction debris and rooms under construction left open. Pool is also closed which should be listed in property description.

Webb’s is an old school resort that they are in the process of renovating the property. At this time the pool and workout area are closed. The coffee area is very limited and has ‘value’ priced creamer, and prepackaged mini donuts, etc. none of it was appealing so I decided to go next door to She Sings restaurant and have a hot breakfast instead. The location is good,

If you're in a pinch - stay here

Last minute trip planned to NY for snowmobiling - hotel is perfect location to hit the trails from. Hotel itself needs A LOT of love - the room had an off smelled when we got in - once we got the fan going it seemed to clear out though. Bed wasn't bad - the pillows were less than desirable. Was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after being out all day in the frigid cold but of course that was not open at all - even though it looked fine and the wet marks around it in the morning seemed to say otherwise. Dogs woke us up several times barking - there were two somewhere down the hallway - I'm a dog lover, but it sucked. The shower I think was the worst part - it made a high pitch squealing noise that literally hurt my ears - did not shower last day just because of this. It wasn't just ours either, I could tell when anyone else on the floor was taking a shower, the squeal could be heard. (Check your towel situation before you get in the shower also - our room had one towel in it) Was good for a last-minute trip, and perfect location but it needs some work - definitely should not say breakfast included for what they had down there. Also - there was a balcony like thing outside that keeps the light on...all night... and no curtain in the room. So you have light shining through the blinds non-stop - I recommend if light bothers you do not stay on the front side.

The pool was not working the entire time we were there. I understand that they recently changed owners and are working out the kinks. The front desk staff and manager were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hottub in the room worked well with no issues. We tried 3 different tvs by the time we found one that works. There were only 2 towels and washclothes in the room. Housekeeping did not clean our room after requested. The breakfast was very limited with no drinks other than coffee offered (not even water).

The hotel is under renovation. Jacuzzi in the room didn't work. Pool was shut down with out any for knowledge and couldnt get many TV stations. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was NOWHERE for the customers (Hotel customers) to park!!! That part was rediculas!! Anyone who wasn't staying at the hotel should not have been here, let alone taking ALL the parking places!!!!

The place is a dump. Hot tub didn’t work- which was half the reason we thought we would give it a chance (we were snowmobiling and though the hot tub after would be nice). It got much worse though. Evidentially water from the first floor has been leaking down to the bottom floor for quite some time. My friend’s room had wet carpet. They painted over bubbled up drywall which I’m sure is full of mold. My allergies went nuts for 2 days (thought I was sick but felt fine after 1 night back at home). They claimed to be remodeling but the place should be condemned.

The property needs many updates. Room was freezing and heater was barley blowing warm air, very minimal tv channels available, pool was green. Staff was friendly and helpful as best as they could be. Unfortunately would not recommend.

I understand this is under new owners and improvements are being made, however, we tried to check in at 9:00 am, understand its 3: but we let them know we were there and going riding on snowmobiles in person. At 8:00 pm they called me when we were eating at a restaurant and i told them we would be there very shortly. We went into the mail lobby and no one was there and it said pick up the phone on the counter and we will be there to help. 1/2 hour went by calling and calling the phone no one. We thought the person quit wand went home. We called our friends at the "other hotel" and after 45 minutes we were picking our bags up and then the person came out of no where we ended up staying and the rooms were decent but they cant leave the counter. He apologized but that was it. A little pricey, and the continental was breakfast was toast & packaged doughnuts and coffee. The pool and hot tub were not in service either.

Way over priced, we're not paying prices to pay for the remodel. Charge for the value of the room not for the future remodeled room. Breakfast selection bare/ and the fruit was brown. Didn't offer any water or drinks except coffee. Desk personnel never around especially after 10pm

The hotel is a bit older however they are in process of a remodel that is looking great! The room was great and the front desk lady Heather was an absolute sweetheart. It’s off season so there was only 1 other couple staying at the hotel. Will definitely return and so excited to see the updated rooms!

Very kind people. The parts of the hotel that have been renovated are very nice. the room we stayed in was not yet renovated and showed much wear and tear. I still recommend this as a reasonable place to stay

Much better under new ownership!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years and under new ownership this hotel is MUCH cleaner now. They also replaced the bedding with nicer sheets, down comforter and nicer pillows.
