The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room felt clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There were no cups for the small coffee maker or coffee packets. The small refrigerator was broken in my room and there was no ice bucket. In the bathroom there were no hooks to hang a towel. The dead blot on the room and did not turn. The hotel lost water three times in one day unfortunately. I would visit again but I wish it were a little better appointed.

Room was great! Service not good at all. Started with wifi. Front desk person said they would send someone to the room. We stayed 8 nights . On the 7th night my wifi was working. We wanted to sit on beach and have food and drinks . The resturant and hotel next door that has nothing to do with this hotel catered yo us daily . Then one day we almost were told we vould not sit on the chairs in front of our hotel . We had to prove the room we were staying at was ours in which we did. Hotel is in a very nice location and very clean. They need doneone to come in and show them how catering to their clients could make them much more money! The sraff next door looked for us each day

Upon arrival at the hotel, the charge was different from the expedia site that I booked on. It was a pay later booking and the charge at the hotel was about $80 more. The service at the bar was poor. They did not have any white wine & only champagne, a few nights they did not have any white wine or champagne & on other nights they did not have red wine. We decided to check out early as it was not the best experience.

Room need some wall cleaning black spots/stains all over the room walls and bathrooms. staff was helpful but on the 3 day we had an incident with the security on site my daughter came back to hotel to use restroom and security didn't let her in because she had no yellow bracelet to identify her as a guest...we never got one and had no issues since day 1. Went to front desk and said it was there fault for not giving us one at the time of check in we got one and everything else went well.
